The four domains of Emotional Intelligence (Goleman) (EI) include (a) self-awareness, (b) self-management, (c) social awareness, and (d) relationship management. Each domain is an important skill set for resonant leadership. Choose one domain and describe a leader and the specific situation when the person exhibited resonant leadership.
