This will allow him to be part of the group and learn about the other students.

Ask them to share some of their experiences with Tom or ask Tom to share some of his experiences. This will help him feel connected to the other students and make integrating him into the class smoother. This student can advocate for Tom and provide guidance and support in the classroom. Finally, create opportunities for Tom to practice his social skills. Give him a chance to lead or participate in conversations, practice problem-solving, and take the initiative.
